How You'll Contribute:

• Perform design services related to roadway and site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control in conformance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation OpenRoads.
• Prepare specifications and cost estimates.
• Plan and coordinate project tasks from verbal direction with limited supervision.
• Provide construction support services.

The Strengths You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, emphasizing transportation, public infrastructure, multimodal design, drainage, utilities, site development, and civic projects for municipal and private clients.
• Experience with technical writing and reviewing reports.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado.
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation OpenRoads.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and codes, including AASHTO, CDOT, NACTO, and MUTCD design guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative, professional team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $59 - $61 per hour
